INSTRUCTION FOR CANDIDATE FOR FINAL MERIT LIST FOR ACADEMIC ARRANGEMENT 2019-20
1. The uploaded list is the final merit list prepared after taking into consideration and resolving various genuine queries and complaints, whichever were possible.

Since the academic arrangement is purely need based purely for one academic session i.e. for session 2019-20, therefore, engagement/adjustment of candidates in a particular subject depends upon the requirement received by Nodal Principal Jammu from a particular college.

If, at any further stage, it comes to light that the residency period of PhD / M. Phil is clashing with the academic arrangement duties of any candidate, the concerned candidate is liable for instant disengagement and disqualification for future selection by the concerned Principal wherever the candidate joins.

Production of any fake document / certificate including certificates issued by unrecognized institutions, shall make the concerned candidate liable for action under rules including disqualification of candidate by engaging agencies without issuing any notice to the concerned candidate.

For any further complaint, candidates are advised to address their complaints /grievances to the concerned Principal of the college, wherever a particular candidate joins the College.
